「AC not working when we got there had to call twice to get it done . Phone didn’t work one day. Out of our five so couldn’t do room service so we went down to the restaurant to eat where we sat for about twenty minutes with no service so got up a left went outside the resort……」

Enjoyed being right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants (Starlight Diner, Red Bud Cafe, and Rossellinis were our favorites). We honestly never used the pool because we were in the ocean instead, but pool area was never overly crowded and was always clean. 「Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

「Rooms were clean and check in was easy. Staff was very polite at check in. I really wanted to give this place a higher score but I just can't. When we got checked in and up to the room, we noticed there was no couch for seating in the room at all as shown and detailed in room description...just a bare wall where it should go. We asked about this with the staff and they had no clue why there was no couch. They made a phone call and I was then told they had a couch being delivered for that room...

「Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.」

Put us in different room and beach door worked from inside only key would not let you back in so we had to walk all the way around or leave door open if we went out to beach. We had a water drain off right in front of room so every time it rained it flooded right in front of our door tracking water into room. Only had 2 towels for 4 guest and had to return them in order to get new ones. Wasn't the end of the world but for what I spent I thought it...

「Only thing about this property that was ok was the oceanfront view, the property was outdated almost got trapped in the elevator breakfast was basic, the room had broken shower heard scratches all over the walls stains on the carpet, just overall run down, paid a lot of money to stay in this dump, only reason I stayed is because they were not willing to refund my money」
