「We stay there for two nights, the WiFi wasn’t working which was pain,toilet cistern was leaking water at the first night, we have to turn off the tap on the wall, it was repaired the next day. Our room was facing the street, it was annoying whenever cars passing by at the night, apart from that the hotel services was good, the girls at reception were kind and helpful , the location of the hotel is quite central 」

First, it was easy to communicate with my personal phone by text message for codes and inquiries with staff. Second, this hostel may not be in the best of areas in SF, but me and my partner felt safe, as we avoided venturing out too late at night.
