“Very accessible, comfortable, relaxing with a lot near by options for food and sightseeing. Cookeville and Burgess Falls are fun! NOW the big hit was Pizza place on the Sparta square. The BEST Authentic pizza we have ever had. The hostesses had a very eclectic decor with great vinyl and fun games. We hope to be back soon :) Thanks for everything ”

“This place is a hidden gem. Peaceful, easy to find, and only about five minutes from a boat ramp.We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, and this one was our favorite by far. The home was spotless, and it’s obvious the owners have put a lot of care, thought, and investment into the property. It truly felt well-loved and well-maintained. We will return. ”
