"I have stayed at this hotel many times and always rebook because I love the location and the convenience of it. The staff has always been wonderful. Once again the front desk was wonderful. The only complaint during the stay I would say was the temperature in the room. It was very hot and uncomfortable and the thermostat wasn’t easy to figure out and I feel like was maybe broken. About 15 min before check out, housekeeping knocked on the door. I told her we weren’t ready yet. Running a few min late, at 11:04 there was another knock and it was the same housekeeper. I opened the door and explained about running late. She was extra rude and just glared at me and moved away from the door. As I was checking out, she did the same rude look and glare. I understand they need to get the rooms clean but we were only out a little after 11! "

"This is a pretty good property for the money. The only issue we had was that the heating wasn't great in the room and we were there doing a cold spell and the bathroom could have used some tlc. Comfortable bed and lots of space. I know they're trying to keep some of the property historical but they've missed the mark on a few things. All in all, a good stay. We would probably stay there again. Great staff!"
