"Property needs updating. I like that they let us check in early. When we got to our room, there was old trash from prior guest, as well as hair in sink. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. "Maurice the AI porter was a great addition giving quick answers however I'd asked during staffed hours for more pillows and none arrived. My pillow was so thin it made sleeping difficult. The towels were damp (clean but damp) Location wise it's a great. The room was clean and the Aircon worked well There was a kettle but no mugs or coffee, and we informed them there was no hand soap again it wasn't replaced. Great location - a few little changes and this would be an amazing room."
