"Check-in was weird. The desk clerk was in a mood. Explained NOTHING to us about anything. I had to ask what the $25 charge was for, he told us nothing about breakfast or even what our room number was, just handed us a key & said elevators are over there. He told my husband later when we came back from dinner, "nothing good happening here". Disgruntled employees are not a good sign for how management runs things. "
