「My wife and I wanted to find a place that allowed dogs on the beach, we have a 1 year old Dachshund Shirley. Let me say the Cozy Cottage met all of our needs, the place was amazing! We loved the access to the beach from the property, it was a very quiet and peaceful area, we absolutely loved it and will be back again! Thank you so much Yesenia you’re awesome! 」

「I booked this property due to the close proximity to my son’s tournament. It turned out to be so much more than a convenient location! It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, full of nature. It is so much bigger than it appears and is immaculately clean. The beach is less than a minute walk across the street and is perfect for long walks. We loved that is was a horshoe crab sanctuary, and did our part to flip any crabs that were turned over due to a storm. We hope to stay here again if...

I was a little nervous about the potential noise level at night but it honestly felt so secluded and quiet. Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight, the fan creates a lovely breeze even in the heat. 「We enjoyed our stay so much. The history of the garage apartment home, the space, the games (such classics!), and just sweet warmth created such a great place for us. Being 2 blocks from the beach made back and forth easy on our hot days. It was the perfect stay, and we would love to return. Thank you!」

「We stayed here over the 4th of July and this place was wonderful. Even though it’s a tiny home, it had everything we needed. A small kitchen with fridge to keep our beach snacks, the bathroom was beautifully done, and there was even a washer and dryer that we used for our beach towels. An added bonus were the 2 beach chairs that we could use at the beach, this really saved us from packing our own. 「Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us.
