「Be advised that our room did not have hot water or working shower. The term air conditioning should not have been used and there’s a wet bathroom. The drain was not draining so there was about an inch of water that the staff repeatedly had to come in and mop up. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel they never even offered to change us room rooms.」

「Terrible experience. Cockroaches running around on the floor walking into the room was already not a good sign. Faucets hadn't been wiped. Given 2 old looking towels when there were 3 guests. Booked another hotel for next day as we didn't sleep a wink knowing there were cockroaches. I booked a room for my brother in law and he said his room stunk and the washroom was so small.
