「Bee Haven is a charming cottage tucked away in the most quiet neighborhood in Gloucester. I really enjoyed having my coffee out on the front porch in the morning. The area is lovely to drive around in. There is a grove of pine trees in the back that sound amazing when the wind is blowing.」

「Great house. We were here for a wedding and it was the perfect place to stay. Only 7 miles from wedding venue ! The house had lots of amenities (coffee,sugar, spices ). Beds were so comfortable !」

「The private location and waterfront vistas are a big plus. Families can fish, kayak and enjoy swimming from a sandy beach. We saw eagles, ospreys and a dolphin! The sunrises and sunsets are picture worthy!So restful-nature and amenities all in one! 」

「The property is ideal for a perfect getaway. We crabbed and caught about 2 dozen. (Both line and crab traps in September) The property has everything you could want! The host is quick to respond to questions. If you need to unplug and getaway, this is the place. The town of Reedville, it closes down early or completely Mon-Wed however great locally owned businesses are open Thursday-Sun. 」

「Lovely, well appointed home, Be aware that 4th bedroom, upstairs, may be appropriate for young people/children, but probably not for senior adults, though stairs and upstairs bathroom are great. Our group of 6 retirees enjoyed and appreciated the quality of the house and its furnishings. 」

「Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out.」

「This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first...

「This was our third trip to this house.....we love the location, it is private and picturesque...we got to see the bald eagles again!!!!!! WE love the 30 second walk to the beach and the calm water of the bay! The local environment is also beautiful...especially the towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock and the local marinas. The home is beautiful. WE hope to return! 」
