“The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go.”

“Just reopened and completely renovated. Very clean, had all that was needed with fridge and microwave in room. Nice bathroom with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Staff was very nice and property was safe. Confident location to William and Mary and the outlet shopping.”

“Hotels like this one damages the hospitality industry in the USA. I should be renovated completely. Phones were not working and most of the buttons on the key pad were missing, roaches under the sink in the bathroom, night stands did not have handles or were missing screws, tv remote could only turn on tv and only provided on channel to watch, . I couldnt take a shower after my wife showered because only hot water was coming. So I came back home after one whole day at the hotel. No breakfast,……

“The staff were polite, the room was clean. Breakfast was minimal, not much to choose from. So I skipped it while my husband had a yogurt and coffee. Parking was safe It was idea for us as we spent one night.”

“This is a resort where big tour buses bring large groups of people. A lot of young people to senior citizens are accommodated. They have more than the advertised continental breakfast. They have a large pool. It is in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Our room was large and comfortable. It was quiet and secure. Parking was a little challenging in the evenings if you have walking issues but there was plenty. I would stay there again.”

“Rooms need upgrading. No toiletries in bathroom. Dirty wash cloth in bathroom. AC unit sounded like a jet ready for take off. Exposed pipes under sink and bathroom. TV very small in living area and it still has a dvd player. Didn’t know they still make those. On a positive note. Staff was polite and courteous. The hotel is very quite, peaceful and overall very clean.”

“The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use. The……

“I had a clean room, bathroom, beds, and floors. I only have two complaints, the garage disposal needed to be cleaned out BADLY. It had the room smelling awful & if you’d go near the sink it was so strong it literally had me gagging! I did leave a note to the housekeeper on the little card that was in the room about that garbage disposal needing to be cleaned badly, it was also a empty beer can in one of the bathroom drawers. I took it out and threw it in the trash can. But other than them two……
