'58 Mid-Century Modern Littleton Home

Refreshed mid-century modern home in Littleton—often chosen by guests attending Red Rocks concerts, weddings, family gatherings, and retreats.

Enjoy new furnishings, ultra-comfortable Nectar mattresses, fast Wi-Fi, 3 Roku TVs, dedicated workspace, washer/dryer, coffee bar, and multiple outdoor spaces. Easy highway access to Red Rocks and Denver, plus walkable parks, dining, and the water park. A stylish, eco-friendly home base with comfort and charm.

DETAILS
This classic home is completely refreshed with new furnishings throughout that reflect the mid-century modern feel. Rooms are comfortable, amply supplied, and very thoughtful. All beds are new Nectar hybrid mattresses (super comfy!) and the queen Murphy is a Bamboo foam mattress! Our floors are a little squeeky (older house!) but that is part of the charm!

MASTER SUITE
The master suite is spacious and beautiful with a private access to the back yard patios and breezeway for access to the kitchen. Perfect for mornings on the deck! The large master bath hosts a laundry center with stacked LG washer/dryer. The suite is an extension from the pass-through “flex” third bedroom; it has a motorized privacy room divider for those sleeping on the Nectar Queen bed :)

Hi-Speed WiFi and 3 TVs with Roku allow separation in the place if needed. The multiple outdoor spaces make this a location comfortable regardless of the season!

BREEZEWAY
In the breezeway we have a separate exterior entrance for an additional basement apartment. We have a sweet young couple who are long-term tenants. You do not share ANY spaces with them. They are quiet, kind, and keep to themselves (The gentleman is a relative and is gone afternoons and evenings.)

ACCESS
You have the entire main floor of this single-story home, the covered Breezeway, and the double deck & patio area in the back garden.

PARKING
Ample street parking (5 cars) plus one off-street parking space on near side of driveway. You access the breezeway from the kitchen doors or Master Bedroom patio.

This house does have a basement apartment with separate private access, but you do NOT share any spaces or doors with the long-term guests there (family members).

Cozy Home in Littleton

The corner lot home was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The check in process easy and the host family was very responsive to any question and always helpful. We had everything we needed for a relaxing 4 day stay. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!

Very comfortable house on a quiet street

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and even larger than it seemed on the listing. The location was very convenient to downtown Littleton (we walked it in about 15 min), etc., but the street was very quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

Our family was in town for our son’s wedding. This house was a great fit for our family. It was clean and comfortable and has a unique personality. Lucas was responsive and flexible with us. He also reached out and helped us get clothes we accidentally left behind. We would stay here again.

Lovely family retreat!

This vrbo was a lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood. Spacious enough for three adults and three young kids. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals at the house. Owners were very quick to respond when I had a question and needed help..I do wish there was an on-site laundry, but it is stated in the listing no washer and dryer. My family and I would definitely stay at this rental again when in Denver area.

Mid Mod House Littleton

Our stay in Littleton was comfortable and suited our needs. The location in a quiet neighborhood is close to the family we visited. We like that it's on one level with spacious rooms, a nice kitchen(tho we only ate breakfast there) clean, central A/C and easy parking. The hosts had good instructions and were accessible if needed. We would stay again. Thank you!

Great location, great amenities, great value

We were a group of four friends who came to see the fall colors and take in a concert at red rocks. The house fit our group size perfectly and provided everything we needed for a quick stay. The area was perfect because it was so close to many of the places we wanted to visit. Everything was very clean and we have no complaints. The communication with the owner was very good. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and would definitely choose to stay here next time we are in the area.

Full family pre grandparents vacation

We took our family for a week to stay in various places in Colorado. The stay in Littleton was fantastic! The beds and bathrooms in this home were amazing! The sitting room was very comfortable for watching TV or playing guitars and chatting. Check-in was super easy. We showed up a little early. We actually left to go gas our cars and I got a text message to let me know that we could go ahead and get into the house. It was a great stay.

This home was lovely. It was a great set up for the family and location was close to all the things we wanted to do in area. If you have kids add Englewood farm and train park to the list. Very close and a cute little area for all.

Perfect Vrbo Stay!

We loved staying here so much, it was perfect for families or friends visiting Denver!! The owners of the house were very helpful during our stay & so kind to remove the snow from the driveway for us!!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking in the area We will be back!!!!
