Horribly built property, that the people are trying to keep going.
This is a common thing in the DTC, Denver Tech Center. Just up the street, an office building with steps falling apart because they are not concrete steps. They are dirt steps that were covered with 1/2 inch of concrete, which obviously is China-like crap build.
The door to the washer & dryer sticks at the top because the weight of the 2 stories and attic above is resting on the door frame, causing the door frame to bend in the middle, making the door stick. Several times, my tech in my employer's nursing company came by, sanded it down, but the door frame continued to sag, the door sticking just a tad, the last day I noticed.
Previously, the door has had the issue so long, the entire door is warped so that even when it latches, the top sticks out.
The sink, huge gap as you approach on the inside, because when they cut the hole, they didn't leave enough room for anchors, so now there is a gap they need to fill again with caulking, as the sink slowly droops more and more with time.
Water comes in at the door to the back patio, because there is issues with the sealing, causing the flooring to be loose at that point.
The shower doesn't work right sometimes. Rather than putting a water shut-off in the bathroom, I was informed they have to turn off the water for the whole complex to work on any person's shower.
The 5 Star Property company was great working with me to get some of these things fixed.
