"Great hotel. My one and only complaint is that the lobby stank of chemical cleaner. Many people are sensitive to chemical smells, perfumes, and colognes. Please ask you staff to take it easy on the cleaners, even if they are non-scented, they still leave a chemical smell which bothered us. Other than this, we had a wonderful stay. "

"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall.
