Family vacation

The property was great! Golf cart, bikes, pool, spa it was all great. Proximity to the beach was a plus too. We made a lot of meals at the house and non-stick pans would have been helpful.

Great house for our stay!

The house is spacious & had plenty of room for us. The neighborhood is always nice & quiet & safe, this is our third time in this neighborhood. The pool & hot tub were fantastic! Great location as well!

Met expectations

Property was exactly as presented, pool area was great with newer chairs and tables. Access to community offerings like pool and playground and golf cart were great too.

Thanksgiving Trip

We did a family trip for Thanksgiving 6 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us! The house was great and all amenities were great! Having the pool heated was a huge added bonus! If we hadn’t had it heated probably wouldn’t have used it as much as we did. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great location

House was wonderful, plenty of space for everyone. Great location, very easy to get to beaches and restaurants. Golf cart that comes with the house was a huge bonus.

Beautiful!

This property is beautiful! The place was super clean when we arrived and picture perfect. The location is so handy and the golf kart made the beach and some close restaurants an awesome experience. The large private pool provided the kids with the most fun time. Bring in a peaceful, gated community, we’ll definitely be staying here again someday!

The Neighborhood and House were very nice, the location was great. The pool and spa were awesome. The golf cart served its purpose but was on its last leg. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for girls trip

This home is very beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and we liked the sitting area in the living room. We absolutely loved the fact that we had a golf cart. We took it to the beach two days and it was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool is amazing and it’s so close to the beach! Our family loved this place and would stay again. The rental company was very responsive as well. The only downside is that there wasn’t a high chair for the baby, and a couple of the upstairs mattresses could use replacing. Overall a win!

The pool was amazing and provided the perfect hang out while the kids were napping. It was in such a nice quiet community which provided a break from the busy busy beaches and town. Being able to easily bike to the beach was also awesome! We will for sure be back!

Good location and nice pool, hot tub

Very nice property and neighborhood. Close to beach. Golf cart was handy but was broken when we arrived - they brought another one the next day. Workout room is adequate - small. We watched a movie in the clubhouse theater on a rainy day - that was nice Property was clean and we got the pool heated ( although I had to call about it) - management was responsive. Hot tub was nice too.

Can’t wait to comeback!

The house was clean and well equipped for all 8 of us! The pool was great and super clean! We had no idea the wonderful location of this neighborhood and the golf cart included in the rental would definitely draw us back to stay again! Just hop on and it’s a two minute ride to the beach!!! Our only complaint is the stacakabke washer dryer unit is very small so we constantly had to do loads and the bath on the main floor is very small and serves as a master and main bath. But those are workable things given all the great features of the house location and managing company. We will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good, a few minor issues but were solved quickly and without incident.I think the overall cleanliness when we arrived was questionable because my 3 year old ran around without shoes as soon as we arrived and her feet were black.
