Overall our stay was amazing! It was too short! It is a beautiful property and accommodated everyone. Definitely a good place to book if looking at staying on the harbor in Destin! The host gave us great instructions for check in and there were no issues!

Great location Better Views of the Harbor!

This was the perfect spot for our annual fishing trip. Worked out great. We will be back. Very responsive to communications and accomidating.

We had a awesome time in the penthouse. Everyone was very nice and the area was very clean and beautiful. The property manager was very helpful. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Fun family gathering!

Mom, Dad, adult children, and their spouses were so blessed to vacation together at your beautiful condo. The view of the harbor is gorgeous. The condo is positioned so the sun isn’t in your face. Any time of the day (or night) you can sit comfortably and look. We enjoyed watching the boats, people, activities, always something to see either from the decks or from inside. Kitchen was very easy to navigate, instructions posted on the fridge were helpful. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms very nice. We also enjoyed walking to eat, didn’t have to get in Destin traffic. We enjoyed hearing the night life, watching the fireworks, very festive. Price was reasonable, we hope you let us come back!

2023 Fishing trip

My friends and I go to Destin every year for our annual fishing trip. This was the best of all of the places we have stayed. Most rentals will cram as many bunks into a room to allow more people to stay but for a group of guys this isn't always the best. This condo had 4 bedrooms all with either King's or Queen's and you can walk to the harbor to meet up with your boat. It's also walking distance to many restaurants. The only driving we had to do during our trip was to the store. I highly recommend this place. The host was quick to communicate if we needed something. Definite 5 stars!!!

Fall break 2023

Clean, spacious, great location, easy to access and friendly neighbors. We walked to different restaurants everyday as it was close to so many. we LOVED sitting on the balconies listening to live music from The Boathouse. Beds were cozy and bedding and lines were nice quality. Bathrobes were a luxurious surprise! We used the oven once and made coffee otherwise we didn’t use kitchen items but it seemed like basics were available. Hotel-like tiny shampoo and conditioner and tiny soap in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry soaps provided. No kleenex. Ceiling fan blades could use a dusting, otherwise everything was very clean. We lost power due to a storm on our last night but bathroom lights worked, elevator was out until right before we checked out the next day. We enjoyed our stay!

Property is in an amazing location. Very safe area. Harbor village is literally in the back yard. Inside is clean, neat and modern. Just like the pictures. Master suite has a walk in shower and jetted tub, as well as a little area with a sofa set. Balcony in the master suite is chef’s kiss. Definitely will again when in the area. Thanks Ryan for allowing my family to stay!
