"The value of the hotel is you can ski in and out even in poor snow conditions (as we had). Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "Good location and comparatively roomy apartment but snack bar and games room were closed, no breakfast available. Catering facilities in room were poor - 1 pot 1 frying pan + microwave. Hardly any crockery cutlery and glasses. Ok for two or three but no good for 4 or 5"

chambre et buffet catastrophiques
"chambre avec fenêtre sans vue (un mur sale, entouré d'autres murs), sans insonorisation (on entendait chaque pas, des rires, les chasses d'eau, les robinets... jusqu'à 1 heure du matin), non isolée (on voyait le jour autour de la porte), très chaud (la clim, qui fait aussi chauffage, ne fonctionnait pas et on dégoulinait de chaleur). Buffet du soir à 21 € par personne sans les boissons, très basse qualité, peu de choix, même ressenti au buffet du petit déjeuner (pas bon). Seul point positif : parking souterrain à 18 € disponible. On est loin du centre ville avec bars, restos, etc."
