“All kind of birds singing. Very peaceful. The owner was kind enough to spray for mosquitoes which helped slot. Tree branches, brush & logs in water made kayak/ rowboat access very difficult.”

“This cabin is perfect for a small family or two couples. The location is perfect. There’s plenty of dock space. The screened-in porch overlooks a quiet bay. The cabin is just a few steps from the water. It was well-stocked and had everything we needed. I’d bring a fan along if staying during summer as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm on a hot summer night. We loved this place and hope to come back soon!”

“We really had the best time here. The house was cozy, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. We spent our weekend swimming in the lake, grilling, and enjoying great company by the fire. It was nice to walk over to the nearby restaurant for a quick bite to eat and a cocktail. The highlight of our weekend was fishing off the dock, we caught a variety of fish. We are already planning our next trip to come!”

“After a full day of kayaking this was perfect for what we needed. Location was amazing and we even got to see live music by the water. It was nice to be steps away from the grocery store, coffee and many restaurant options. Place was decorated with a cosey feeling. We stayed only one night before heading to Madeline Island to to go camping, so having a comfy place to stay was sooo nice. It was like staying at a hotel but much more homey. The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions.”
