「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「Very comfortable and functional rooms. Washing basin is separated from toilet which is a sensible design. Although not at the centre of Shinjuku, it’s only about 15 minutes walk. Close to Marunouchi Line, convenient transportation.」

「Had a fantastic stay here! The location is super convenient — plenty of good food options just around the area, from quick bites to proper meals. It’s also within easy walking distance to the train station, so getting around Tokyo was very smooth for us. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the whole place felt welcoming. Overall, a really solid and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again!」
