「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！」

「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」

「My family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed in one of the larger flats and it was terrific. Spacious, clean, well appointed, new, and conveniently located. Check in is fully digital and you need to follow their instructions before you arrive - pay attention. Otherwise, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed staying there. 」
