「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. 「the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.」

「Absolutely loved this apartment hotel. We walked in and the room smelled so good. Great amount of space for my family of four especially considering the standard for the surrounding area. Super clean and within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Golden Gais. Close to subway station and 7/11 is 300 ft away. One issue is the bed is hard but overall would highly recommend 10/10 experience.」
