"Fine for an overnight stay, basic but serviceable. Only 22 to get to Tottenham in an Uber. Got a bus back later on for 1.75 with a bit of walking for anyone using this as a base for there. Parking for 3 cars. Bed coverings a bit strange and could do with top sheets rather than single duvet covers if you aren't leaving single duvets to use. No single duvets left to use or double duvet covers for the double duvets."

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. "The people at the check-in are professional but quite cold whereas the men waiting in the lobby are very nice. Breakfast was excellent. "The rooms are, as you might expect, tiny, but perfect for a night or two's stay, where you're not going to be using the room much except for sleeping. No kettle, though there are drinks machines in reception. The air conditioning in the room is brilliant, a real plus in the current hot spell. Plenty of cafes locally with breakfast options. Bed was very comfy, and although both bedroom and en suite were small, there is room under the bed to place larger cases. The staff are a real asset to the hotel. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, It's about 10 minutes walk from the nearest underground station at London Victoria, with Westminster around 20 minutes walk in the opposite direction."
