“2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works. ”

“The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. ”

“The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. The room is very nice, nicely decorated and the linen is crispy clean white cotton. The appetizers in……

“民宿的大堂很漂亮，很讚，坐在裡面吃早餐和晚餐很舒服。安排的房間在頂層閣樓，空氣不是很好，浴室的墊子異味太重。酒店的服務員表裡不一，在表面的服務態度非常的好，但是私底下對於女性開的玩笑有些過分”

“我們住的是18號房間，舒適及整潔，不足是熱水不平均時有時冇，wifi 中等，冷氣足夠，下車後需要步行約2分鐘下斜坡，可找搬運工幫忙，約收3ODH ，景點都在10分鐘步程内，值得推薦!”
