「The property was a little dirty, a little messy and had a bad smell and bad feeling. The hostess was very kind tho and checking in was easy.」

「Cute, comfy bed. Location was perfectly close to FSU. 」

「Our only problem (but a major one due to temperature) was the air conditioning - we arrived around 4:30 and didn’t have cool air until after 9pm. It was set on a timer for 85 and the smart thermostat is very complicated to change and directions from host, although provided via phone and text, did not actually explain how to get it to work .. took almost 4 hours of messing with it to change temp setting for more than 3-4 minute s . Indoor temp during that time ranged from 81-85 while outside it...

「My family and I had a great stay!! The place super clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would highly recommend staying here for a weekend or week. 5 stars!!」

「This was a perfect home base for my husband and I to visit our FSU son on Halloween weekend for a football game. Easy walking access to the stadium and campus. 」

「Cozy and super quiet. Gated and lovely backyard area. Our host was welcoming and we enjoyed our holiday weekend!」
