「This was a beautiful weekend away from our busy lives and this cabin and location was perfect for it. 」

「The cabin was clean, updated, and exactly as described. The host was great with communication and always answered our messages timely. It's in a perfect location too - just about 10 minutes from Otter Creek and about 20 minutes from Old Forge. 」

「Very convenient location quick walk into the village. The house was clean and well stocked and very beautiful with lovely art work. If you have a little one, everything you need is there (ours is one) so it's a lot less you have to pack. Our six year old nephew LOVED his room with the bunk beds, the kids books and toys. The owners are quick to respond and answer any questions you might have. We had a great time kayaking. Can't wait to stay here again. 」

「My cousins and I very much enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Matteson’s rental cabin. It’s the perfect home base for a trip to Old Forge. It has everything you need - comfy beds, a nice bathroom with shower, kitchen with fridge, microwave, and regular coffee maker, and a fire pit. We were grateful for the air conditioning too. Bridget is a kind and responsive host. We hope to come back ASAP! :)」

「Clean and great location 」

「We had a 4 night stay. The weather was not so great,but we had a cozy comfortable place to stay so we enjoyed ourselves anyway. My wife particularly enjoyed a nice soak in the oversized bathtub」

「We had a nice time staying at this property. It was well maintained. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed both mornings out in the deck and evenings playing games at the large kitchen table. 」
