"This house has a river running through the backyard! It is completely stocked for cooking, game playing, comfy beds and more. We took a bus tour into Yosemite and the pickup point was 2 minutes away. We did a UTV tour and that started 4 minutes away! We went to Bass Lake- about 10 minutes away! Really pleased!"

"The cabin is definitely really cozy. Sadly, there were a few issues like the AC unit, but Eric quickly dealt with that which I deeply appreciated. I loved the location. If you want privacy, this is the place to be. I slept well every evening. And the cleaning lady, Toni, was great. I had forgotten my toiletry bag and she went out of her way to make sure I got it back."

My family always meets up and stays in a vacation rental and this is the first time we didn’t have everything we needed in the kitchen of a rental. It would be fine for minimal cooking. "We really liked the property and had a great time in the area. This property was perfect for my wife an I. We didn't need much from the property owners, but they were attentive when we had questions and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. While the property is right on highway 49 we didn't get disturbed in any way by vehicle traffic. The cottage is very nice and comfortable. "

"Our family of nine had an incredible time at this beautiful and spacious home. We had some issues with ants and it seemed most of the blankets had not been washed in awhile. Also the upstairs hallway bathroom shower did not work at all. But the easy walk to the dock and the back patio made up for those small issues. We loved exploring the Falls and the lake too.
