"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"Very spacious property with useful kitchen with full oven. Didn’t really like that all the windows pointed inwards to a courtyard although this did mean it was very quiet."

"I booked a studio room due to work commitments this weekend. Upon arrival I was told to go through all the lock boxes and just see which room was available. Owner confirmed all rooms are the same. The room had, a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe… that’s it. Kitchen was communal, as was the washroom?! Yes we had a key to the washroom but so did everyone else and we had to walk down a shared corridor to get to it. The entrance stunk of weed and cigarette smoke despite a clear “no smoking” clause...

"Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!"

"A very good, central location and Ray who met me was excellent. The layout of the apartment was great. The only minor issues, were the lack of any hand soap and the pillows, which which were a little past their best. But I would recommend a stay there."

"Hotels.com advised this property was with off site parking available for £15 per day hence why we booked. A few days before I e-mailed the property for parking details and didn’t hear a reply. On the day we couldn’t find the property so spoke to someone on the phone for details. We were then told there was no parking available with this property so had to park in a multi storey carpark at the cost of £35! The apartment itself is central to everything. "Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."
