「Bahia Principle was a dump the mini fridge didn’t work 3 different persons came to fix it in the end I told them to take the fridge obviously it must be the fridge and not the workers hot sodas,water and beer also the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the safe to put our passports and valuables could not close also housekeeping did reach to our room until 4 pm with clean towels too much work and nit enough staff.Room service the veggie burgers was RAW not cooked I would not go back there...

「The staff was very friendly for the most part however, the breakfast restaurant and bar frequently opened later than the time posted. Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean.」
