"Our stay was excellent at EMA. It's close to Zurich HB train station as well as the bus/tram stop. It's safe and quiet around the area. The receptionists were approachable and nice. The room was kept clean every day. I highly recommend this hotel. It has microwave, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils for cooking."

"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. There is no central air conditioning in the building, in each room you have standalone air conditioners, which make a terrible noise. We were lucky to get some rainy days, when the temperature outside was not that high, so we didn't need to use A/C. In the case of warm weather,...

"Property is close to the city center, walkable to the train station. Communication was easy and instructions prior arrival was clear. Check in was easy, rooms are very spacious with full kitchen. Price was affordable. Great stat for my family of 9. Highly recommended and we would love to stay here again in the future."

View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked."
