Everything you need amd exactly as described, plenty of seating for a larger group and sleeping tent/yurt makes inclement weather less of a concern than a regular tent or backpacking setup. “Property was very clean and nicely decorated. There isn’t really a living room to hang out. Very difficult for 3 adults to all hang out together. When I booked I was more concerned about the sleeping area so I assumed there was a living room. The guest suite is in the basement of home in a nice neighborhood.”

“Celebrated my son’s HS graduation with my father-in-law along for the adventure, Joe’s townhouse is super convenient to Thayer Gate and eating establishments along Main St. Grill worked well and the beds made for sound slumber. For mixed company an extra half bath might be desired, but 3 guys who know each other well managed just fine. The basement washer & dryer are top of line.”
