The location of the house, right in the center of Olcott, brought the convenience of shops, restaurants, parks, and beaches. Everything was less than a 2 minute walk. 「The Lavender House was perfect for our long weekend stay with are daughters and dog. The house is very comfortable with great amenities, like soaking tub, fireplaces, hot tub, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.Conveniently located to Binksberry Hallow. 」

「We had no heat due to a broken furnace in December-the owner did bring a space heater, but that blew a fuse, not a relaxing time. We had a group of seven, so we could not find another place to stay short notice. We also found old coffee left in the coffee pot. The location itself was nice and the lake was beautiful!」

All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities.
