"I booked three rooms for the night before our cruise. We took the light rail from the airport at only $3 per person and was dropped off at the Westlake Center. The hotel is about 3 min. walk away. We found the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the area around the hotel walkable and safe. They had a 12pm check out so we walked to Pikes Fish Market before returning to catch a shuttle to Pier 91 for our cruise. The staff arranged a shuttle to the ship for $10 per person. All in all it was a great choice of hotels."

"The homeless population is everywhere in front of this property. We had only one approach us for money. The really stayed to themselves but still scary. "

"It’s convenient location, between 4th Ave and 5 Ave, there are lots of fashions shopping, and wonderful restaurants, city walk. Easy access to Skyline University Street station. Staffs in hotel are friendly and helpful. They prepared umbrellas for customers in raining days in Seattle. We booked two queen beds room which is good to us. Our room is cleaned on time always. Appreciated to the room cleaning staff. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency, the hotel location was so convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the hotel has a market that you can grab coffee, food and snacks from almost anytime which makes it so convenient. The room was so neat, practical and clean. Not to mention how nice the staff were from the moment we checked in, everyone one was so helpful, professional and on the top of their work! I simply highly recommend this hotel! "
