「The place was new and clean! 」

「We have just returned home from a very peaceful and relaxing couple of days at Cleeves Cabins. We stayed in the Arran Lodge which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a wonderful stay including a wonderful hot tub on the decking. We spent many hours in the evening relaxing and watching the stars in the lovely warm hot tub. Robert our host and owner of the farm was very friendly and helped us out with knowledge of the area and suggesting some great places to visit. I...

「This accommodation has the potential to be unique and charming. However the property was not clean. One of my priorities. At first glance it passed cleanliness but it had an underlying grime. The utensils in the kitchen had been put away dirty. The floors in the bathrooms had grey grout that should have been white. It just looked shabby.
