「I seldom write reviews, this is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Sydney, staff in reception and housekeeping are all friendly and caring My family have had a wonderful trip in Sydney because of staying in this great hotel. Thank you to Jessica and Sarah for their warm welcome and great customer service, they are so caring to my elderly mother with dementia. I will definitly come back to this hotel.」

"It is at the Star casino which is very vibrant and convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Coles is right next door. Darling Harbour is 15 mins walk. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. Room is generally clean but can do a little better. It is a bit dusty and on a few occasions towels had stains. "
