「Absolutely perfect! If I could give more stars I would. This place was in the pefect location with awesome views. Neighborhood was quite and close to everything. The place was clean and very well appointed. Instructions were clear and visible throughout the house. Every detail was considered. 「This is our second time to stay at this property. The owner is great. A great location (more rural) for a quiet stay, while still having good access to Sedona and Cottonwood. We did end up cooking several times, and though at first glance the kitchen is well-stocked, it could certainly benefit from having a couple of casserole dishes and roasting pans. Clearly the owner is trying to provide every amenity, but the house could benefit from some editing. There are too many of the same thing -...

「Beautiful well kept property with excellent views of the red rock landscape. Very convenient location to town, hiking trails and other outdoor activities. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and provided recommendations for various activities, restaurants, etc. 1st time in Sedano and looking forward to a return trip」

「Everything was just as described. The owner has done a good job ensuring everything a guest may need is available. She was super easy to work with. The home was clean, well appointed, comfortable and in a really convenient location. We would stay there again!」

「Overall a great 6day trip. Gravel drive way is good for cars and trucks, not great for full size motorcycles. It's up hill with a tight 90 degree turn. The place is small and cute. kitchette is minimal with small counter, little fridge, microwave, toater oven, toaster and 2 place electric hotplate. small sink is shared by the bathroom in the transistion hallway. Bathroom had a good size stall shower and plenty of hot water. we enjoyed the seating outside overlooking the valley. Most of the day...
