「The information on bookers is incorrect, and I spent a fruitless 3 hours trying to find this place in Hangzhou city. The text information doesn’t square with the address. Equally the map shows a false location. There is, I believe, a scam going on here, and ebookers are refusing to do anything about it. The text description and the map shows a hotel location in downtown Hangzhou. The street address however is 50km outside the city. There is an actual Utea Guesthouse...BUT NOT IN HANGZHOU CITY....
