“For the last 2 times we were checked in by a staff member who was not customer service or caring at all!! Very cold and not willing to help in any way. Busy pub & restaurant- great breakfast included in the cost of the stay
Beautiful village with lots of history
Lots of dogs staying & visiting with diners
No lift (elevator) but they carried my bags up the stairs for me so that wasn't an issue
They give you a key to the outer door so if you're out late (like I was for a wedding in a nearby location), you just hold a key fob to the door & you have 24 hour access
They kept my bags free of charge so I could stroll……
