「I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. 「My wife and I stayed 3 nights in mid-March 2026 and had a wonderful stay. 「This is a hidden gem in a quiet Sedona neighborhood. An easy walk (about a half mile) to the Thunder Mountain trailhead with amazing hiking and views. The room at the Inn was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff are gracious and generous. Amenities are plentiful. Breakfasts are delicious! I particularly enjoyed eating at a table just outside the room. Nourishing, fresh, and filling. The chef takes dietary preferences into consideration. An added plus! "The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
