"We had a one bedroom in the club area. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. Our Butler, Santiago took amazing care of us again. This was our 6th stay at the Majestic resort. Santiago has always been our Butler, by request, when enjoying our stay at the Elegance "

"The staff are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing especially if you book the restaurants, I booked the steakhouse (The Cut) and the Mediterranean restaurant (Bellum) both so flavourful, even the buffet is good, I normally get veggies and their steak, nachos at lunch with their salsas and sauces, the nacho chips are so good. The desserts are great too not super sweet, everything was very easy for me. Make sure u hav travel insurance in case of emergencies. Drinks are great too. Did the deep tissue massage, it hurt so good and so relaxing, def would come here again, my first solo trip was amazing!!"
