“Staff was amazing”

“Front desk staff was not very helpful on check in and to check out. No maps of property available and no map given with directions to Santa Fe downtown. I found a map on the on the free brochure section. I also can not believe that a resort this big has only one luggage cart at the front door.”

“The website advertises queen size beds but they were not Queen size.”

“Very disappointed. The room had exterior access and felt more like a motel than a hotel, which wasn’t what we expected. When I asked the front desk if there were any rooms inside the hotel, I was told no. I responded, “So this is a motel, not a hotel?” and the employee immediately caught an attitude with me. On top of that, the room was not clean when we arrived. We were uncomfortable enough that we decided not to stay a second night and booked another hotel instead. Unfortunately, I would not……

“The property is very cute and like a resort rooms were comfortable and they had a breakfast you could purchase as well in the breakfast room. I liked it so much. I'm going to book it again tonight. On my way back through town.”

“This trip was absolutely amazing ! Everything about it was perfect!”

“There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!”

“It was great! Wonderful staff, especially the bartender who gave me a ride in her car to my building, when she saw that I was using a cane. She also bartended the party that we were attending, and served a great Prosecco! The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful. The room was perfectly comfortable!”

“No heat until the morning. I had to grab a blanket out of my van. The door didn't fit right. No juice at breakfast.”

“Bathroom needs some work. Like caulking and shower head. Everything else was great.”

“There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it.”
