"Great stay, very responsive and helpful"

"Updated pictures should be provided. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is a basement and we didn't inquire about the stairs. There is no Futon, Ice-maker and the dishwasher does not work. Communication with the host could've been better. From Laguardia Airport it took 2 hours to arrive due to traffic mid-morning on a weekday. But on Sunday it was 40 minutes. Several flies each day due to the Garbage bins close to the entrance. The AC is not controlled within the unit and it was...

"Don was great, very quick with communication and helpful whenever we needed something! The place is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of backyard space. We’re kind of tall people so at times it felt a bit compact but it suited us well for the timing and price. Don provided us with everything to use the fire pit, which we were very excited to do but it was cold and rainy most of the weekend. Would definitely stay again! "

"The property was clean. Street parking, read the signs carefully. There were no towels. When they were delivered the next day, they were black and left black fluff on us. They were only I've toilet paper roll for five of us starting for 4 nights. There's not enough comforter for all the beds."

There is plenty of space in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms, and all the amenities that you could want. Communication with the host was excellent, and she was quick to respond to any requests or needs that we had. Great place! "
