「We just needed a place to sleep before a long leg of driving the next day, and this perfectly suited us. The location is really close to a major road, but the house is soundproofed enough that the provided white noise machine and a fan were all that we needed to fall straight asleep. They provided snacks, drinks and wifi, in a bright and shining house I wouldn't mind moving into.」

「Great views and peaceful neighborhood but close to everything 」

「I absolutely loved my stay at the cottage it was so private and peaceful . The property is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room to roam outdoors. So many things to do and explore in the area. The creek in the back of the cottage is stunning and the sound so soothing. I am hoping to visit again. Wonderful place to stay !」

「My husband and I spend a lot of time traveling by motorcycle and have stayed in 50 vacation rentals. This is exactly the kind of place we look for when booking our trips; quiet, clean and comfortable. The house is nicely decorated with everything that we needed to relax at the end of the day. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the birds and watching the fireflies. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Mars Hill.」

「This was such a beautiful place to stay. Country setting but not far from town. Everything was wonderful. My granddaughter loved the horses there. They have everything you could need at their place. They were very friendly and excellent of returning messages. I would definitely stay here again 」

It was beautifully maintained and it had easy instructions regarding TV /WiFi.The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items to make my stay comfortable. The entire cottage was perfect and a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Highly recommended. The host was very nice:)」

「This home we so comfortable! The outside landscaping needed some work, but once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, stocked with anything we’d need, and so cozy. We drove into town, which took no time, and were around the best restaurants! We want to come back for sure. Just a note for those with littles, the 3rd bedroom upstairs handles three beds, which is great, but there is no door at the bottom or top of the stairs. Had to keep an eye on our toddler. Everyone loved this...
