"Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. Kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you’d ever need. Not every room is identical but room 214 was perfect size for our family of 4; it even has a large deck. Kitchen did not have any spices but I kinda prefer it that way, feels more clean to me without them. Couldn’t make it to the beach from hotel because of significant standing water over the trail, assume you’d be able to make it more towards summer months. "

"Our stay was very nice. Small Staff, but were very helpful and friendly! Rooms were clean! Breakfast very limited, but clean and pleasant place to eat. I would recommend this hotel at Ocean Shores because the staff are Number one! Kevin, Brandon, the two ladies! All of the staff members were awesome! Thank them for making our stay easy and pleasant! "It was okay for the price. Ocean view room was not as expected since the windows were pretty dirty, the screen door was falling off every time I opened it and had to reattach. I didnt pay for my room to be fixing stuff and the door to next room was not locked. "

"I read several bad reviews about this place, but my family and I had a great experience. I knew going into it that I booked a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. Our one-bedroom room w/kitchen was very spacious - like a small apartment - had all the amenities I needed, was clean, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool quite a bit. Don’t confuse old with dirty. It might be a bit rundown, but everything worked properly, room was quiet, and the beds were comfy…that’s all I really needed. Staff was also very friendly and I saw workers constantly cleaning and maintaining grounds during our 2-night stay. For the price, I would definitely stay again. "

"Well, it ends up that there were remodeling that motel, but they own the days and so they put us in a room there which was OK except at 6 o’clock in the morning some guy next-door is using the forklift, the loud beeping noise which woke me up and kept me up at a time I didn’t wanna be "
