"Staff reached out early to ask about my arrival time. Room was clean and ready upon arrival. Staff were very helpful, all of the food from the restaurants in the hotel was very tasty. View from the rooftop was beautiful. Would stay again."

"A nice, luxury-feel stay, close to all the things we wanted to see. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the sea and the castle, which was a nice little plus. It’s close to lots of neighborhood cafes and a supermarket. We have already decided to stay here again when we return to Palma. The shower is very slippery, so I recommend bringing flipflops/sandals for that use. ;)"

"What a fabulous place! Such friendly staff, delicious, plentiful breakfast and spotlessly clean. The hotel is beautiful and so interesting, it’s almost like a stately home. Located on a hillside it has a warren of tunnels, several levels each with interesting nooks to explore. We still hadn’t cracked the layout before we left! -don’t worry there are lifts too! - we never did figure them out either!! Great fun! We made the mistake of arranging lots of trips out - which we loved, but honestly, we would have preferred to stay on any one of the many terraces, ordered another Bon Sol cocktail and just soaked up the ambiance. It is a lovely hotel and highly recommend by us. We will be back."

Catalonia Majorica Hotel

"Hotel and room was lovely and clean, our triple room not pool/sea view was spacious for 3 adults. Breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from. Pool was clean and the terrace overlooking the marina was lovely for a drink in the evenings. Staff were polite and friendly. Life guard was helpful and always asking if we wanted anything? Buses to centre of Palma were cheap and regular. I would recommend to couples or friends and would return."

"Amazing hotel, we absolutely loved it, the beds/ pillows are very comfy, food delicious and pool beautiful! A big thank to Alessia who went above and beyond to make our first holiday abroad with our 6 month old baby as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!"
