"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"The description does not state anywhere that this property is a a house share. It specially states when booking, that you and your guests will have entirety of the property to yourselves. Upon arrival, the host was at the property and told myself that he would be staying in the room above. There were no safety precautions in place to separate ourselves from the host. The host then offered us a refund, but when contacted by Expedia declined this. Appalling customer service."

Courtyard By Marriott Sheffield

10/10 Excellent

"Perfect new hotel. Excellent check in. All staff were super friendly."

The Peacock at Barlow

10/10 Excellent

"A wonderful stay. Room was brilliant very clean very well presented. Bed so comfy and luxurious bathroom. The views were wonderful even though it was a stormy weekend. We wondered how a place could get the high marks the Peacock does? We wonder no more! Attention to detail second to none and ALL staff were amazing. Food was fantastic and a very varied menu as well they have a very talented kitchen credit to the chefs. Breakfast hearty and tasty. One of the best places we have stayed in. 10/10 keep doing what you do! Will be back"
