"Room was great; most rooms have a balcony with a soaking tub! Dinner options and entertainment was great. Outside activity concierge was great - helped us with rental car. Internal concierge not very helpful - did not introduce us to activities and amenities on the resort. Beach was quiet and location of resort was great but it is on the quiet side of the island if that’s your preference. Spa was just ok. We did a couples massage and got 20% off from Expedia booking! All in all we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Had a bit of an issue getting fresh towels in our room each day but other than that everything was exellent. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the beer selection is lacking and it's not cold."

"The rooms were recently renovated. The pools were in exellent shape. The staff eager to please. I booked here on a whim due to another place I booked that turned out to be a dump. Live and learn. I had a great time here everyone I met was nice. Can't wait to come back."

"We initially booked a studio; however, the room was very damp and smelled like mildew. When we shared the issue with reception they changed our room immediately and noticed a difference right away. Our room was cleaned daily, but on the third day, it was thoroughly cleaned. The staff from greeters, to shuttle drivers, and wait staff were awesome- with the exception of Mulligan's- that's where we received the least amount of hospitality. "

"Manchebo Beach Resort is peacefully and easy! The property is beautiful and the beach is expansive. The rooms are spacious and kept clean by the staff daily. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We will come back again!"

"Riu properties are corporate ran with zero concern for guest and will take advantage of any situation to squeeze more money from there guests. I would recommend never staying here , there are many resorts around that are much better"
