“Definitely some false advertising here. The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised. Also, be aware that there is no microwave, no oven, no toaster, no safe and no electric outlet in the bathroom. If you are planning to do cooking……

Didn’t have an oven , what was also disappointing was it didn’t have a toaster so eggos I bought were impossible to make.we had to wear our shoes inside the entire time due to the feeling of the floor being dirty.like it wasn’t mopped. No conditioner in shower.no lotion. Salt and pepper would be great to keep in unit.other than that no complaints.the last Unit we rented was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and it was much better.”

“I recently stayed at Divi Phoenix Aruba from June 13–20 and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully located right on Palm Beach, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pools, restaurants, and overall amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation”

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour.”
