「A professionally run hotel. Though it faces a noisy street ( the back side is much more quiet ) it is only a short walk to a lovely pedestrian friendly neighborhood. The staff was exceedingly attentive and helpful. Would stay here again. 」

「This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are. 「City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. 」

「一次不错的住宿体验，此酒店就位于旧货市场斜对面，很好找····酒店的服务人员也很nice,看到我们的行李很多，主动帮我们提行李到客房。。而且还是个超级大帅哥。。房间不大，但是很干净，床对面就是阳台，他家阳台是连通的··走出去就可以看见旧货市场和库拉河。一楼大厅旁边有个蒂凡尼bar,晚上还有酒会，进去坐坐听听异国歌曲。。挺有情调的···」

「The hotel is on the first floor in the building and the exterior wasn't that inviting. But the hotel itself was great. We were in a windowless room, however, but we were there just to sleep. And the communal balcony at the back of the hotel was unique and very homely, and picturesque even though I didn't particularly enjoy having to sit around smokers.
