“Room was not ready until 5 pm. Was "upgraded" from a king water view to villa with 2 queen beds. Same price to book either so not really an upgrade. Villa was nice but is a good ways away from the main resort so we had to either walk or call for pick up from golf cart. Cart drivers were excellent. On site dining was good. Saltwater lagoon was nice. There was a cup of cigarette butts on our porch which was gross. Villas are nice. But the rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Had a grewt time, but will……

“No clean product for the kitchen area, dish seemed to a be little dirty. Could have to better upgrade, no extra sheets for the fold out couch. The Fold out couch very unfortunate.”

“Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!”

“The room was great. The bathroom huge, the living room the size of an oversized apartment. The best part was the balcony. We had a waterfront auite, and the balcony was incredible. A full, waparound porch style balcony that added immensely to our stay.”
