We had to call security each time we arrived at the property because we didn’t receive a QR code for the gate. "As advertised in the pictures, very modern house . Very clean , the host is amazing anything questions we had , they got back to us asap . Easy check in at the gate ,could not ask for a better vaction house . There was 7 of us and there was more then enough room the house is very big. A letter or booklet explaining the water park process, hours, and that we could utilize more than one would have been helpful as the picture showed a water park with a lazy river and we had to do some digging to find out where it was. "Beautiful home! We had an amazing time! The pool was cool, however, a pool light for evening swims would have been great. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it! There is a little game room in the home as well, which was a nice touch. Very spacious and comfortable! The location is perfect not too far from the theme parks and other Orlando attractions.We will definitely be staying again!"

A 5 bedroom home promoting family vacations yet, absolutely nothing on site for young children (no crib, no highchair). We paid for a heated pool. We arrived after 4:00 pm on Saturday so any issues we had weren't able to be addressed until Monday, as they were not considered emergencies. We didn't make the 24 hour window required to address any concerns. Immediately on Monday morning I called management with a few items but they weren't taken care of until the day before we left. "The house more than met our needs. With two primary suites it was just what we needed since we were traveling with my mother that is 93. The house was very clean except the glasses in the cabinet which we had to wash. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter to have a good time. We did quite a bit of cooking and everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again."
