Friendly Hotel

Room is clean and comfortable, small bathroom. Breakfast is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice lovely small hotel. Close to the bus/tram station

Mostly ok. I did not have breakfast at hotel. Could not comment. Maid is early in the morning and loud in the corridor. Overall i would stay again.

部屋の掃除をしてくれてた若い女性の従業員はとても愛想が良く、元気に可愛く挨拶してくれた。 フロントの人も親切だった。 日本からすると、展示会の期間中と言う理由もあって 部屋のレベルと価格の高さに驚いたが、だんだん快適に過ごせる様になった。 周辺の町は穏やかで治安が良いと思いました。 日曜日でもスーパーやケバブレストランが開いていて不自由なことはありませんでした。 駅も歩いて1分です。 メッセまで1時間以内の距離で、このホテルにして 良かったです。 希望を言えば、冷蔵庫があるといいと思います。 ドイツは、冷房なしで暖房のみみたいなので、 日本の様にエアコンはなく、オイルヒーターみたいな暖房がついています。

- Zimmer sehr klein - Fernseher viel zu klein und zu dunkel eingestellt - lange schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, Bonbonpapier - Bad gerade mal 80 cm breit, Fliesen kaputt, Drückerplatte vom WC gebrochen, Drückerplatte lose und mit Klebeband angeklebt - WC zu tief, nicht gut für Gäste mit Kniebeschwerden - Bad nicht sauber, schwarze Haare auf dem Boden und in der Dusche - Hotel im Altbau, kein "Altbaucharme", alles abgewöhnt und restaurierungsbedürftig - Frühstücksraum nett eingerichtet und sauber - Frühstück okay, nichts besonderes - Lage super, ÖPNV direkt vor der Tür Eigentlich gebe ich allen Hotels eine Chance und nie eine schlechte Bewertung, aber dieses Hotel kann ich beim besten Willen nicht weiterempfehlen 🙁

Sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang auch am späteren Abend. Zimmer schon etwas älter aber sehr sauber und ruhig. Sehr gut geschlafen! Frühstück sehr gut und auch schon sehr früh zu bekommen. Prima!

Gefallen haben mir die sehr freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, das sehr saubere Bad mit Dusche, die Vorhänge zur Verdunklung der Fenster für die Nacht (im Zimmer 38) und das gute, reichhaltige Frühstück morgens; Für Gäste mit sehr leichtem Schlaf empfehle ich Ohropax/Ohrstöpsel mitzunehmen und einzusetzen, da die U-Bahnen vor dem Hotel abends beim Zufahren abbremsen und dabei quietschen können;

Für einen Stadttrip nach Düsseldorf ohne Pkw ist dieses Hotel von seiner Lage her einfach sehr gut geeignet. Die U-Bahn- und Busstation ist gleich vor der Tür, Supermärkte, Backstores und Geschäfte befinden sich um die nächste Ecke in der Nachbarschaft, außerdem noch eine gute Pizzeria und einige Dönerläden in direkter Umgebung, ein großer Pluspunkt, denn dadurch ist Mann/Frau flexibel, kann dort Lebensmittel shoppen und erreicht sehr schnell den Hbf, die City, den Rhein, aber auch das Henkel-Werk oder z.B. Schloss Benrath. In den Zimmern zur U-Bahn hin kann es abends und morgens durch das Quietschen der Bahnen etwas laut werden, darum empfehle ich dort Ohropax und eine dunkle Schlafbrille für die Nächte oder ein Zimmer zur Rückseite hin zu buchen. Für mich war es ganz okay und ein guter Aufenthalt mit einem guten Frühstück und hilfsbereitem, freundlichem Personal. Ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren für ein Wochenende im Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auf den Wunsch nach einem 2. Kissen wurde sofort positiv reagiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und wurde stets aufgefüllt. Das Gebäude insgesamt versprüht einen gewissen Altbau-Charme, aber alles war tipptopp sauber! Wir können es gern weiter empfehlen.

Bei Ankunft in dem Hotelzimmer sind uns gleich die kaputten Möbel sowie die Flecken auf dem Teppichboden aufgefallen. Es stand ein Tablett mit einer Flasche Wasser auf dem Nachttisch. Die Gläser waren bereits vergilbt und das Tablett war sehr klebrig. Das Antennenkabel des Fernsehers war durchtrennt und einige Lampen funktionierten auch nicht richtig. Das Zimmer war sehr unhygienisch, sodass wir beschlossen haben gleich am Anreisetag wieder zu fahren. Der Kundenservice hat sich auch auf unserer Beschwerde hin nicht gemeldet und wir haben keine entschädigung erhalten. Deshalb empfehlen wir das Hotel nicht weiter.

Die sehr nette Rezeptionistin fand die Reservierung nicht. Nachdem ich die Bestätigungsmail vorzeigen konnte fand sie mich unter "no name". Die Badezimmertür quietsche so laut, dass der Mitbewohner aufwachte. Das Bett war direkt an einer Wand, so dass man nur über das Fußende oder über das andere Bett hinüber aufstehen konnte. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Düsseldorf werden wir ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man konnte das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer sehr laut hören. Personal top , Frühstück sehr gut , alles sauber . Mein Wunsch : mehr Personal , keine Ausbeutung.
