"Perfect get away"

"The property was beautiful. Everything yoiu would need was provided. It was off the beaten path so very quiet and woodsy. Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations."

"Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!"

"Great location with a very nice remodel of an old home. Kitchen and bedrooms are very nice. Back yard is a great outdoor gathering place, even though it was too cold for that during our stay. People with mobility issues should be aware there are some step downs, as this is one of the older original houses (I used to walk by this house in the early '60's, and it wasn't a new house then.). The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay and I would stay here again!"

"I really thought this was a beautiful house at first glance...seeing is believing unfortunately. The property manager was good at communicating for the check in code...just the house was not clean at all which is interesting because I couldn’t check in earlier due to “extra cleaning” during covid. Hair on the floor, bathrooms disgusting...we bought our own pots and pans to cook dinner on because the grease and grime was so built up. To be honest it looked like someone paid their nephew or niece...

"We had the perfect weekend in Nevada City mostly thanks to Kelsey and her incredible hospitality. The house is super clean and very cute, and a short walk to downtown where all the restaurant are. Kelsey gave us a great list of recommendations and we end up doing a lot of activities from the list. Her welcome basket had the most delicious cookies, muffins, and an amazing frittata we had for breakfast, and you can tell she puts so much care into hosting. "We had a very relaxing stay at this property. The house is the perfect size for a large group, (we had 4 couples), and the location is perfect for a weekend in the sierra foothills. Check-in was a breeze. My only recommendation would be to have your cleaners check some of the pots/pans/dishes in cabinets- we found many of them that were still dirty but put away for use. "Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating."
