「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. It was a perfect location for our needs. And our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the keyless entry to the property and our room and the complimentary water and sparkling water in our room. There is limited on site parking but such was only a minor inconvenience. 」

「I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!」
